A:The factory will have the machine to sew the hair in weft and without any chemical process but
just wash it clean, with 100% cuticle protection. The hair looks natural and very smooth soft and
tangle free.
Q2. What colors of hair do you offer?
A:We have various hair with different color, surely the 1b# color is 100% virgin, and also we have the
ombre hair with 1b#+27#, 1b#+613#, blonde 613#, 1# jet blace ect.
Q3: Do you offer samples?
A: We have 2 policies of the free samples, customer can get the 15 grams samples for free just need
to pay for the shipping freight, the other policy is you can choose the buy 3PCS hair of normal 100
grams per bundle, then we will refund the sample fee base on your next order. Which means you
will have the free sample.
Q4. Is it possible to visit your factory?
A:Yes. Sincerely to say you are welcome to come and visit our factory and our head office in Guangzhou, the
international city and we are close to the airport, so it will be easy for us to pick you up once you arrive at.
Q5. How is the hair collected?
A: The raw materials are imported from overseas(Brazil,Peru,Mongolian,Cambodian,India,Malaysian,
Europe etc.)We have the special department to collect the hair,and all the hair is strict on selection,
cut from young girls,one piece cut from one donor.
Q6. Is the hair cleaned and deloused?
A: All of our hair is clean and health after manufacture finish by factory,we will use the clean bag to
package it and we will not open the package bag.Every time before we ship the hair to our customers
we will check the package bag whether broken,we just send the good package hair to our customers.
After customers receive the hair,they can wear on head directly.
