3. How many Gram comes each pieces?
160-220grams. The wigs weight depends by exact length.
4. How to fix the wig on head?
1. Directly wear on head and fix it with combs and straps inside
2. Fixed it by adhesive or wig taps.
5. What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. Exchange only and items must be in its original state (as received) it must be unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed) exchanges must be within 7 days of receipt of hair. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
6. How long does it take to ship and process the orders?
Normally, we will ship within 24hours after receiving payment of your order. We will ship your order by DHL or FEDEX express, which will take 1 to 3 days to arrive in U.S, 2~4 days in UK or other countries

More than 26 months to 3 years depending on care. Please care the hair right way
8. Can the hairs be colored?
Yes it can, but we advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions. Or we can dye it for you. Please make sure dye the color in right way.

The hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, it will last longer. Many hair stylists prefer virgin hair because it looks natural and unprocessed by chemical agent which makes it last longer than the processed hair.
